Mr. Kingsbury is responsible for the management of the Masonic Charities of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania, including the Masonic Village operations in Dallas, Elizabethtown, Lafayette Hill, Sewickley and Warminster; the Masonic Temple, Library & Museum of Pennsylvania; the Masonic Youth Foundation; and the Masonic Blood + Organ Donor Program.

Mr. Kingsbury earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and finance from Villanova University and his juris doctorate from the university’s School of Law. He joined the law firm of Peck, Young & VanSant, Philadelphia, in 1995 and was promoted to partner in 1997. In 2001, Peck, Young & VanSant merged into the national law firm of Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP, where he served in various leadership positions, including on the Management Committee and as chair of the Business Department.

Mr. Kingsbury served as outside general counsel to the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania and its charitable affiliates from 1995 – May 2019. He has served on various Grand Lodge committees, including as chair of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania Consolidated Fund and the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania Pension Plan from 2009 – 2019.

A Past Master of Melita Lodge No. 295, Philadelphia, and Past District Deputy Grand Master of Masonic District C, Mr. Kingsbury is a recipient of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania Benjamin Franklin Medal and the DeMolay Legion of Honor. He received his 33° in Freemasonry in August 2012.

Mr. Kingsbury serves as chair of the LeadingAge PA board. He served as chair elect from June 2023 – June 2025.

Adrienne M. Staudenmayer joined Masonic Village in 1988. She has served as chief operating officer since 2021.

She is second in command for the Masonic Village, providing operational direction and strategic oversight of all locations and service areas. She is also responsible for providing leadership, support and guidance to all Masonic Village’s executive directors and the senior vice president of operations.

Previously, Ms. Staudenmayer worked at the Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill, formerly the Masonic Home of Pennsylvania, serving as executive director since 2001.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Gwynedd Mercy College. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Ms. Staudenmayer is a member of LeadingAge, a national association of not-for-profit senior services providers, and LeadingAge PA. She was a 2008/2009 participant of the LeadingAge PA Consumer Education Task Force, has served on the Public Policy Committee and was a participant in the 2007 and 2012 Distinguished Service Awards Task Force. She has been an advocacy member for the several years. She also served as president of the board of directors for the Masonic Communities & Services Association.

Pamela S. Formica has served as chief financial officer since 2018. She provides financial, technical and administrative leadership to the Masonic Village and other Masonic entities in the performance of their missions.

Ms. Formica joined Masonic Village in 2015 as the vice president of mission development. She was previously employed by Masonic Village at Elizabethtown as assistant controller from 1992 until 2002. From 2002 until 2015, she was employed with Brethren Village as vice president of finance.

Ms. Formica received her bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College. She has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant since 1991 and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Formica serves as a board member and treasurer for PA Acacia Insurance Company (Vermont Captive) and Acacia Services, LLC, and Elizabethtown Community Housing & Outreach Services (ECHOS). She is past treasurer of Set Free Ministry, a non-profit faith-based organization.

Beverly A. Sweigart has been employed with Masonic Village since 1986 and was promoted to chief administration officer in 2011. She is responsible for the planning and organizing of the administrative functions for the executive level, and for the day-to-day operations of the administration department, board of directors, office of the chief executive officer, public relations, mission advancement and development, IT, project management and event planning offices.

Mrs. Sweigart is a member of Mount Joy Mennonite Church, where she volunteers. She also served on the board of directors for the Elizabethtown Area Chamber of Commerce.

Debra A. Brockman joined the Masonic Village at Elizabethtown since 2004 as director of outreach, later serving as the director of admissions and marketing. She was promoted from vice president of human resources to her current role in 2017.

Ms. Brockman oversees the organization’s human resources leadership team and is responsible for the overall strategic direction of employment, compensation, benefits, organization development and training.

Ms. Brockman earned her bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation from York College and completed a master’s degree in health administration from Penn State University. She served on the Elizabethtown Area Chamber of Commerce Board and school board for both St. Peter’s Parochial School and Brittney’s Hope Foundation. She currently serves on the Elizabethtown Community Housing & Outreach Services (ECHOS) Board of Directors.

Patrick J. Sampsell manages the comprehensive legal affairs of the Masonic Village and provides strategic oversight on engineering and facilities related matters. As chief legal officer, he provides counsel on various compliance, risk management and other legal issues and serves as liaison with outside counsel. As chief engineer, he provides advice on facilities and construction operations across Masonic Village’s campuses, and oversees the areas of sustainability, utility purchasing, real estate acquisition and the management of large construction projects.

Mr. Sampsell joined the Masonic Village in 2006 as the chief environmental and facilities officer. He previously spent 15 years in private practice as a professional engineer and planner. During that tenure, he received multiple awards for his comprehensive planning efforts. Mr. Sampsell has been published in national planning journals and has given numerous presentations to technical and community entities in the engineering, planning and retirement community industries. He retired from the Pennsylvania Army National Guard in 2012 with the rank of Major after having served 20 years, including one tour of duty in Afghanistan.

Mr. Sampsell holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Bucknell University, Lewisburg. He also holds a juris doctor in law from Widener University in Harrisburg. In 2025, he was awarded his MBA from Elizabethtown College. He obtained his Professional Engineer Certification in 1997, was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1998, and received his AICP certification in planning in 2001.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Planning Associations and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Additionally, he is a member of Abraham C. Treichler Lodge No. 682, Elizabethtown.

Joseph S. Franco joined Masonic Village as chief information officer in 2022. He is responsible for coordinating, planning and operating the information technologies and computer programs of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania and Masonic Village. He also establishes policies and procedures for information processing matters, selects and evaluates hardware and software used by the organization and supervises and provides training for information technology personnel. He provides overall strategic direction for the information technology department to ensure security of Masonic Village’s centralized systems and information.

Mr. Franco previously worked as the executive director of information technology at Phoebe Ministries in Allentown.

Mr. Franco holds an associate degree in Computer Programming and Network Operations, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems Management and a master’s in Business Administration. In 2020, he was named one of Lehigh Valley’s Forty Under 40.

Noah P. Davis, Masonic Village at Dallas

Noah Davis has served as executive director for the Masonic Village at Dallas and Irem Clubhouse since 2010. He is responsible for all facets of operation for the not-for-profit continuing care retirement community and the Irem Clubhouse.

He received his bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and dietetics from the Pennsylvania State University, his master’s degree in public administration, health care policy from Binghamton University and his Doctor of Public Health from the University at Albany. He is a Northeast Public Health Leadership Institute Scholar and a licensed nursing home administrator. He is the chair of the Luzerne County Area Agency on Aging’s advisory board and vice chair of the Northeast Pennsylvania Council on Aging.

Prior to his employment with Masonic Village, Dr. Davis worked for the New York State Department of Health as the assistant administrator for the New York State Veterans’ Home at Oxford and as a general manager for Sodexo Senior Services.

Mike Katzenmoyer, Masonic Village at Elizabethtown

Michael Katzenmoyer was named executive director of the Masonic Village at Elizabethtown in 2024. He provides leadership for all service areas of the community.

Mr. Katzenmoyer joined Masonic Village as director of facilities and grounds in 2015. A Certified Facilities Manager and Certified Energy Auditor, he studied electrical technology at Berks Technical Institute and business administration at Elizabethtown College. He is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers and the International Facilities Management Association, for which he served as a board member of the Pennsylvania chapter.

Previously, Mr. Katzenmoyer served as the facilities director for the Pottsgrove School District for 14 years.

Denise Jones, Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill

Denise A. Jones was promoted to executive director of the Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill in March 2026. She implements the strategic plan for the campus and provides leadership to staff in service enhancement, quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

Mrs. Jones served as assistant executive director since 2024, in which role she provided leadership in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating all facets of the community, with specific responsibility for all healthcare operations, including nursing and personal care, home care and physician services.

Mrs. Jones came to Masonic Village in 2014 as a nursing supervisor. She has served in various roles, including assessment coordinator and director of nursing.

She holds an associate degree in nursing from Bucks County Community College and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from William Patterson University in New Jersey. She completed a nursing home administrator program at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2024.

Prior to Masonic Village, Mrs. Jones worked as assistant director of nursing at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center and as a charge nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital in Langhorne.

Tracy Leja-Krepps, Masonic Village at Sewickley

Tracy Leja-Krepps was promoted to executive director for the Masonic Village at Sewickley in 2025. She implements the strategic plan and provides leadership to staff in service enhancement, quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Nursing Home Administration Certificate, both from Robert Morris University.

Ms. Leja-Krepps joined Masonic Village at Sewickley in 2006 and most recently served as assistant executive director. Previously, she worked for Extendicare Health Services, where she was the administrator at three of their facilities and served as the administrator of Eldercrest Nursing Center.

She is a volunteer with Casey’s Clubhouse, which provides the opportunity for children with special needs to play baseball, and the Clear Thoughts Foundation, dedicated to the discovery of breakthrough drugs and novel treatments to eliminate dementia.

Kelly Shrum, Masonic Village at Warminster

Kelly Shrum serves as executive director of the Masonic Village at Warminster, where she is responsible for managing all facets of the community’s operations including ensuring all residents’ needs are met and providing leadership to staff in service enhancement, quality improvement and regulatory compliance. She previously served as assistant executive director for the Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill from 2012-2016.

Ms. Shrum earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from DeSales University, Center Valley, Pa., and her master’s degree in counseling psychology and human service from Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia. She is a licensed nursing home administrator and personal care home administrator.

Prior to joining Masonic Village, Ms. Shrum worked at Manatawny Manor, Pottstown, where she progressed to the position of executive director. She was also previously employed by DeSales University, Center Valley, and Via of the Lehigh Valley, Bethlehem.
