Beth A. Bossert has been employed at the Masonic Village at Elizabethtown since 1993, first as staff development assistant, then assistant director of nursing services, director of nursing, administrator of health care services and chief operating officer of health care services.
Recently promoted, Ms. Bossert serves as the chief operating officer of health care services for all Masonic Villages locations. She provides leadership and administrative oversight for setting objectives, planning, staffing, implementing and directing the activities for all health care services across the organization. She also consults for Ashlar Creative Solutions.
Prior to her employment with Masonic Villages, Ms. Bossert served as a registered nurse, nurse supervisor and director of nursing for multiple health care facilities from 1987 to 1996.
Ms. Bossert earned her bachelor’s degree in 1987 from the University of Pittsburgh, where she majored in nursing and minored in communications. During college, she worked as a student research assistant at the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in Pittsburgh. She is a licensed nursing home administrator.
Ms. Bossert is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Directors of Nursing Administration. She and her daughter, Hillary, reside in Lititz.
