Home care is a vital service, enabling you to receive the assistance you need to remain in your home for as long as possible. You may request services on an hourly, daily, regular or temporary basis. To get started, receive a comprehensive initial assessment and consultation for care/safety needs by a registered nurse. We will tailor a plan to bring the services you need to your doorstep. In Elizabethtown, we also invite the local community to take advantage of our home care services.

Services Include:

• Taking care of pets, plants, mail, etc., while you’re away
• Transportation to/from medical or non-medical appointments
• Help with preparing for company/hosting a party
