Resident Carolyn Pike recently helped prepare three foster kittens for their permanent homes, caring for them for six weeks. Her foster experience began seen years ago as a volunteer with the Humane League in Florida. After retirement and losing her husband and dog, it has given her "a reason to get out of bed in the morning."
Family traditions come in innumerable varieties, and the Schnabel family has turned retirement into a tradition: the last three generations have all come to live at Masonic Village.
The Masonic Villages at Lafayette Hill, Elizabethtown and Sewickley have been recognized as the "Best of " in retirement living in Pennsylvania by SeniorAdvisor.com for outstanding resident feedback.
