Variety is the Spice of Music Therapy … and Life!

Over the past 20 years, Masonic Village at Elizabethtown’s music therapy department has developed a wide variety of programs for our residents. From ringing chimes to singing, drumming, reminiscing, dancing and relaxing, Masonic Village’s five board-certified music therapists encourage diverse therapeutic music opportunities.

Restoring the Splendor of Sell Chapel

The stained windows at Sell Chapel underwent a full restoration, thanks to the same company which crafted the windows 93 years ago. The congregation can continue to worship and reflect in the beautiful light of the sanctuary for years to come.

Unleashing the Possibilities Worldwide

Fifteen years ago, Masonic Village resident Jo-Anne Karnes started a program through the Order of the Eastern Star to provide service dogs for children, adults and veterans. Having raised close to $1.3 million throughout the U.S. and Canada, the program is now going international.

Family First

For Bill Mowbray, family has always been priority. Like many working adults, he found himself in a position of wanting to care for his loved ones, but having to juggle other responsibilities. He was relieved Masonic Village was able to meet the needs of several of his family members and provide him with peace of mind.
